A local church has several festive events planned, and performances of “A Christmas Carol” continue at a local theater. Here are a few things to do in Spring and Klein this weekend, Nov. 30-Dec. 2.

Enjoy Home for the Holidays in Old Town Spring

Celebrate the season at Old Town Spring’s Home for the Holidays event, which includes entertainment as well as horse-drawn carriage rides. Free. Times vary. 403 Main St., Spring.

Visit the Advent Fair Trade Marketplace

Kinsmen Lutheran Church hosts its fifth annual Advent Fair Trade Marketplace. The event is a partnership with Hands of Faith, a ministry of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in The Woodlands. It offers an array of coffee, chocolate, jewelry, home decor, greeting cards, accessories and other items. Every item purchased supports farmers, craftsmen and artisans living in countries such as Rwanda, Vietnam, India and Haiti. 3:30-7 p.m. (Fri.), 5-7 p.m. (Sat.), 9 a.m.-1 p.m. (Sun.). Free. Visit the annual Christmas Market

Wunderlich Farm Annual Christmas Market is held the first Saturday in December each year. The event resembles an old-fashioned German Christmas market.
Admission to the event is $2 and one canned food item. Activities are free, and attendees can take a photo with Santa for $5. Farm market and other vendors will be in attendance.

Church presents “Go Tell It” music performance
