Attend a grand opening

Moffett Productions, a Houston-based audio and video production company, celebrates its grand opening this Friday. Originally located in Houston, the company relocated to Tomball and has worked with Netflix, TLC, Pennzoil and other major corporations. The Blue Bow Foundation hosts its second annual Skeet N’ Heat Sporting Clays Tournament. The event features a complimentary breakfast, a morning of fellowship and skeet shooting. Run in a marathon, half-marathon or 5K

The 11th annual USA Fit Marathon, Fort Bend Kia Half Marathon and Simon Spine Family Friendly 5K takes place this Sunday before the Super Bowl kickoff. Athletes can take up to eight hours to finish the marathon course and up to six hours for the half-marathon course. 4:30 a.m.-2 p.m. $35-$105.
