Take note of Thanksgiving closures

All Cy-Fair ISD schools will be closed for the entire week from Nov. 19-23. State and county offices will be closed Nov. 22-23. Harris County public libraries will be closed Nov. 22-25. Banks, credit unions and post offices will also be closed Thanksgiving Day.

Run the Gobbler Gallop 5K

The Thanksgiving Day event features a 5K run and walk, 1-mile children’s walk, a pumpkin pie-eating contest and a turkey costume contest. 8-10 a.m.
