May 24: Check out the wetlands

May 25 through June: Teach children about wildlife at the zoo
The Houston Zoo is hosting a series of educational classes and activities for young children of different ages to teach them about some of the animals at the zoo and connect them to the natural world as a part of their Zoo Sprouts program. Join the introductory organic gardening course at the McGovern Centennial Family Gardens to learn how to grow healthy and nutritious vegetables.
