3. El Noa Noa brings traditional Tex-Mex dishes to Plano

El Noa Noa Tex-Mex opened Aug. 3 at 1915 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 100, Plano. The restaurant serves traditional Tex-Mex dishes, such as enchiladas, nachos and quesadillas. 4. Afghan cuisine eatery Express Kabob opens on Plano’s Central Expressway

Express Kabob opened on Sept. 3 at 1915 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 200. The restaurant, based on Afghan cuisine, serves a variety of kabobs, including meats such as rib-eye steak, lamb, chicken and salmon. 5. 24/7 donut shop Wow! Donuts & Drips pushes opening date to early November

Wow! Donuts & Drips has pushed back its opening date to the first week of November at 6509 W. Park Blvd., Ste. 420, Plano. The 24/7 doughnut shop will have a rotating tea and coffee menu, as well as seasonal doughnut offerings. Wow!
