A Look at the Lewisville | Flower Mound | Highland Village Real Estate Market in 2019

Real Estate Market at a glance

Home prices continued to rise during the past year in Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village, according to industry data tracked by the Collin County Association of Realtors. Across the three cities, the area saw 39 fewer homes sell, data showed.

Average Days on the Market

Homes in the 75057 and 75067 ZIP codes spent on average nearly twice as long on the market between June 2018 and May 2019 compared with the same period the previous year. Other ZIP codes saw more most increases in the average days on the market.

Number of Homes Sold

The market was split with an increase in the past year in the number of homes sold in the 75022, 75028 and 75067 ZIP codes and a drop in the number of homes sold in the 75056, 75057 and 75077 ZIP codes.

Average Home Sales Price

The average home sales price was up during the past 12 months compared with the same period a year ago across all seven ZIP codes in Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village. Average increases ranged from a low of 1.85% in the 75056 ZIP code to a high of 17.07% in 75057 ZIP code.
