Wine trail, yoga and horse-drawn carriage rides taking place in Grapevine, Southlake this weekend, Feb. 8-10


Here are few suggestions for how to spend the weekend.

Friday, Feb. 8-Saturday, Feb. 9

1. Horse-drawn carriage rides in Southlake

Families and couples can take carriage rides in Southlake Town Square. Reservations can be booked online.

Rides begin at 5:30 p.m. $50-$60 per ride. Southlake Town Square, 1400 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake.

Saturday, Feb. 9

2. Disney-themed yoga with animals in Grapevine

Hop and Sting Brewery invites guests to participate in a one-hour yoga session with pigs and bunnies Saturday morning. Disney music will be playing and participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite characters. Afterward, the brewery will allow for free play time with the animals and one complimentary beer per person.

Saturday, Feb. 9

3. Sweetheart Wine Trail 2019 in Grapevine

Several wineries in Historic Downtown Grapevine are participating in the Sweetheart Wine Trail, and guests can sample wines and food from each. Participating wineries include Cross Timbers, Homestead, Grape Vine Springs, Sloan and Williams, Umbra, Messina Hof and Wine Fusion. Trail goers can begin at whichever winery they choose and continue at their leisure. Tickets are limited and can be purchased online.

10 a.m.-6 p.m. $50-$55. Locations vary around Main Street in Grapevine.
