1. Holiday celebration in Colleyville

Colleyville residents and visitors can see the annual Christmas tree-lighting ceremony and choir performances by students. Other activities include carriage rides, photos with Santa and holiday market shopping with local vendors. 5-8 p.m. Free. 2. Theatre performance in Grapevine

Runway Theatre presents Ken Ludwig’s “The Game’s Afoot (Or Holmes for the Holidays).” The play revolves around a star who assumes his stage persona, Sherlock Holmes. 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday. $17-$20. 3. Breakfast with Santa in Southlake

Santa Claus visits The Marq Southlake, where he will be taking photos with families and hearing Christmas wishes while eating breakfast. 4. Photos with Santa in Southlake

Southlake ACI Learning Center presents a holiday event for children living with autism spectrum disorders, who may find the typical “mall Santa” experience overwhelming or difficult to bear. Children can get their photos taken with Santa for free and enjoy apple cider, gluten-free cookies and craft activities.
