1. Monday is the last day to register to vote

Monday is the last day to vote for the March 6 primary election. Candidates in the primary election are running for county, state and national offices. Find more information about registering to vote at www.votetexas.gov.

2. Frisco City Council to discuss location for a substation

The City Council will consider a specific-use permit for an electrical substation during Tuesday’s meeting. The substation is proposed for the southeast corner of Main Street and Legacy Drive. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at Frisco City Hall, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd.

3. Forum for Collin County Judge candidates takes place Wednesday

The McKinney Chamber of Commerce is hosting a forum for Collin County judge candidates Wednesday. The forum begins at 6:15 p.m. at The Grand Hotel, 114 W. Louisiana St., McKinney. The event is free and open to the public.
