1. 4th Army Drive construction affects access to B.F. Phillips Community Park
4th Army Drive is under construction from the Stewart Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant to Timber Ridge Drive. Beginning Monday, a portion of the road has been closed, blocking an entrance to B. F. Phillips Community Park. The park can be accessed from the north entrance off of Timber Ridge Drive. Ruff Range Dog Park, located within the community park, can be accessed from the south off of Lebanon Road.

2. Frisco Station looks to add comprehensive sign package
On Tuesday, Frisco City Council will discuss a request from Frisco Station developers. The request includes adding a comprehensive sign package to the development. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Click here to view the agenda.

The Texas Education Agency has released the final financial accountability ratings for more than 1,200 school districts and charters across the state, and Frisco ISD has earned a Superior rating for the 2016-17 school year.

4. Impacts: The Frisco Bar to relocate in May to Hall Park
The Frisco Bar will move to a new location in May in Hall Park at 6750 Gaylord Parkway, Ste. 120, Frisco. The sports bar opened in 2008 and is currently located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Lebanon Road and Legacy Drive. Read the full Impact here.

Japanese department store Teso Life coming soon as part of Frisco Ranch shopping center expansion

The Frisco Ranch shopping center is planning to add 23,829 square feet of business space across from 99 Ranch Market. Teso Life will occupy a 10,385-square-foot building alongside three future tenants, according to plans.

The move comes after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, and the Texas Department of State Health Services all authorized the booster shot for those who meet certain criteria and who originally received the Moderna vaccine.
