Construction continues on the Garza Ranch development, located on Ben Garza Lane near the northeast corner of William Cannon Drive and the MoPac Service Road in Southwest Austin. The 34-acre mixed-use development will include office space, a 140-room boutique hotel, 370 multifamily units and three parking garages, according to a city permit.
