Here are the latest updates about several developments underway in Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto.
Shops at Legends Village
The Shops at Legends Village leases professional office condos and retail sites. The commercial area is located on Hwy. 79 next to Dell Diamond and across from the future Kalahari Resorts & Conventions location.
All 10 office condos are sold, and current businesses include Magnolia Realty, Guardian Financial Wealth Management, Angelheart Inc., Benchmark Your Office, and Exacta Bookkeeping and Tax Services. Four retail buildings remain available for retail stores or restaurants.

Firestone Complete Auto Care
Construction on Firestone Complete Auto Care is anticipated to be complete this summer.
The business offers car maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire installation, wheel alignment, battery installation and more. This will be the second Firestone location in Round Rock, according to the company’s website. The existing store is located at 100 E. Old Settlers Blvd.
Space: 7,411 square feet
Timeline: expected opening in July
Plans submitted to Round Rock’s Planning Department indicate a Chick-fil-A located at 2350 E. Palm Valley Blvd., adjacent to Culver’s. However, Chick-fil-A has not confirmed the location or an opening timeline.
“While we hope to be able to expand in Round Rock in the future, we do not currently have a location to confirm,” Jessica Ferrell, a spokesperson with Chick-fil-A Inc., said in an emailed statement to Community Impact Newspaper.

Pecan District Phase 1
The first phase of construction on the Pecan District, a $1.2 billion commercial, retail and residential project, is expected to be complete by 2020. The project is located at West Pecan Street and Heatherwilde Boulevard.
Construction on The Elliot, a 272-unit apartment building, began in October. The Elliott will offer one-and-two-bedroom apartment floor plans averaging 855 square feet. Apartments will have balconies.
The first part of construction on the apartment complex is anticipated be complete at the beginning of 2020.

Timeline: leasing is expected to begin early 2020
New construction continues at Gattis Crossing, a retail development at the corner of Gattis School Road and SH 130. Currently, a Gold’s Gym, Bush’s Chicken and a Five Star ER are open.
A 7,382-square-foot AutoZone, located at 21315 N. SH 130, Bldg. 7, is under construction.
A 12,000-square-foot multiunit retail space is scheduled to be complete by the end of July. Tenants include a nail salon, a dentist’s office and a Vietnamese restaurant. The businesses may open by the end of 2019.
