Steel City Pops is open at Domain Northside.

Its been a busy spring at The Domain and Domain Northside. Catch up on the latest store and restaurant announcements at North Austin's largest mixed-use development.

Now Open

Amerisleep, a mattress company with high-tech stores, opened its first Texas location on April 21 at 11800 Domain Blvd., Ste. 114, Austin, in Domain Northside. The shop features special sleep-related training for salespeople and “Dream Suites” where customers can take naps to test out different mattresses. 512-401-3141.

Custom menswear brand Indochino opened at 11501 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 113, Austin, on April 20. Customers can browse fabrics, consult with a stylist and have custom-made garments delivered within three weeks. 737-241-9313.

Lotus + Cleaver
Chinese barbecue restaurant Lotus + Cleaver opened April 18 at 11501 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 152, Austin, in the space formerly occupied by General Tso’Boy, which opened in 2016 and closed in December. The Cantonese-style menu features Peking duck buns, Chinese pork ribs and stir fries as well as a cocktail menu. The restaurant, which has both indoor and outdoor seating, also has a location in Miami. 512-334-9387.

Nespresso’s Domain location opened May 18 at 11600 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 132, Austin. It sells premium-blend coffee in addition to Nespresso machines and accessories. 800-562-1465.

Ray Ban
National sunglasses and eyeglasses brand Ray Ban opened in March in Domain Northside at 11624 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 120, Austin. 512-873-7276.

Steel City Pops
Alabama-based Steel City Pops opened its Domain Northside shop April 26 in North Austin. The frozen pop shop, located at 11501 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 156, Austin, sells all-natural, gluten-free desserts made with fresh ingredients. This is Steel City Pops' second location in Austin. Customers can try flavors such as Strawberry Lemonade, Dairy-Free Banana dipped in dark chocolate or Cookies and Cream, or they can create their own pop with chocolate dips, nuts and other toppings. 512-368-7127.

Steve Madden
Shoe and accessory retailer Steve Madden opened in Domain Northside on March 16 at 11624 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 106, Austin. It is one of two Austin-area locations. 512-873-7054.

Sway opened its second location April 30 at Domain Northside, 11501 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 100, Austin. The restaurant will be open for dinner and features modern Australian-style Thai cuisine and specialty cocktails, beer, wine and sake. Lunch and brunch service begins this summer. 512-326-1999.

Ted Baker London
Ted Baker London opened April 13 at The Domain at 11501 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 109, Austin. The store offers British-inspired men’s and women’s clothing. 737-202-4244.

New York-based fashion label Theory opened June 22 in an industrial-inspired, 3,000-square-foot space in Domain Northside at 11624 Rock Rose Ave., Ste. 134. The store focuses on contemporary men’s and women’s clothing and accessories made from high-quality material. Theory has one other Texas location in Dallas. 877-242-3317.

Wanderlust Yoga and Southern Pressed Juicery
Wanderlust Yoga opened a Domain location on June 1 at 11010 Domain Drive, Ste. 102, Austin. The location also includes a South Carolina-based organic juice bar and acai bowl bar, Southern Pressed Juicery, within the space. 512-502-5183.,


Kendra Scott
Austin-based jewelry and accessory brand Kendra Scott is expanding its Domain location at 11506 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 108, to take over an adjacent unit at 11506 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 104, that was previously occupied by Burberry. Burberry closed on March 24 and according to city of Austin permits, the space is currently under renovation. A completion date for the expansion is not yet confirmed. 512-879-3174.

Coming Soon

Beirut Austin
After moving from the now-closed Midway Food Park on Loop 360 to its current location at 4329 S. Congress Ave., Lebanese food truck Beirut Austin plans to relocate again to The Domain 2 in front of iPic Theater on July 1. 512-758-3377.

California Closets
Closet organization and design chain California Closets secured a lease with Austin-based commercial real estate firm JLL Austin to open a Domain Northside location in November. The exact address is still to be confirmed. 855-261-1573.

Austin-based smoothie chain Juiceland plans to open at Domain Northside at 3120 Palm Way, Ste. 114, Austin, in September.

LAVISH Kitchen + Bath
Austin-based LAVISH Kitchen + Bath secured a lease for a showroom at Domain Northside through JLL Austin. It will display appliances, cabinets and other home design features. It plans to open in November. The address is not yet confirmed. 512-643-0308.

Retailer COS is set to open Sept. 10 in The Domain at 11601 Century Oaks Terrace, Austin, in between Stuart Weitzman and Tiffany & Co. The company sells modern, functional clothing for men, women and children. The Domain store will be COS' second store in Texas and first in Austin.

True Food Kitchen
Health-driven restaurant True Food Kitchen announced Jan. 22 that it plans to open a second Austin location in The Domain at 11410 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 144, Austin, in late 2018. True Food Kitchen will serve a seasonal menu of healthful entrees, salads, appetizers and desserts with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Los Angeles-based mens and womenswear brand Vince is expected to open at The Domain at 11600 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 108, on June 28.


British luxury brand Burberry closed its Domain location at 11506 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 104, on March 24. The store sells men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. It was the retailer’s only Austin location.
