Area residents can check out Cirque du Soleil's ice show at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park or a children's self-defense class at Gracie Barra this weekend.


  1. Cirque du Soleil performs ice show
    Cirque du Soleil’s team of acrobats and ice skaters perform the group’s 42nd production and first ice show, “Crystal.”

2. Leander celebrates Black History Month
The city's 5th annual Black History Month celebration event includes dinner and a keynote presentation by state Rep. Nicole Collier, D-Fort Worth, called "African Americans in the Times of War."

3. Pet adoption event held in Cedar Park
Cedar Park Nissan and Texas Humane Heroes partner for a pet adoption event. The Melted Food Truck is on-site from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. for lunch, and Cedar Park Nissan provides service specials.

4. Children learn self-defense skills
