8. Cedar Park Library hosts Edible Book Contest
The library hosts an Edible Book Contest. People are invited to submit a food-based creation that depicts a fictional or nonfictional literary work or character.

9. Children participate in crafts at Kids Night Out
During the ArtBarnATX’s Kids Night Out event, children paint a ceramic boot vase and learn different crafting techniques. The event is open to children ages 6 and above who have completed kindergarten.

10. Delysia Chocolatier holds egg decorating contest
The annual chocolate Easter egg decorating competition invites children to decorate a white chocolate Easter egg with edible ink markers. The eggs will be photographed and posted on Delysia Chocolatier’s website so followers can vote for their favorite. The top three winners will receive a golden egg filled with chocolates.

11. Peep diorama contest held at the Leander Public Library
