1. As western Travis County grows, so do traffic woes

4. Lakeway continues outreach campaign efforts

The City of Lakeway launched a major campaign in 2018 to improve communication throughout the community. A public engagement advisory committee was established and so far has addressed website improvements, town halls and the creation of a baseline survey. Check out the story to learn about 2019 plans.

5. Commercial, city construction seen in various stages

The Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, The Bee Creek Sports Complex, Bee Cave Professional Park and Lakeway police facility constitute a sampling of projects that have been underway in the area as an overall trend toward new development continues.
