The $13 million project includes a new City Hall at 808 Martin Luther King Jr. St. and a new municipal court and City Council building at 510 W. Ninth St. Both are anticipated to open in January.

2. Holt Cat sales and service center

San Antonio-based Holt Cat expects to finish its future 85,000-square-foot Caterpillar equipment sales and service facility near the Georgetown Municipal Airport in mid-2019. The facility is located at 2101 Airport Road.

3. Watkins building

Watkins Insurance Group’s two-story building at 815 S. Main St. should open in mid-2019 next to the Grace Heritage Center about one block from the Square. The building will include offices for Watkins and a tenant space on the ground floor.

4. Wolf Crossing

Located southeast of the I-35 and Hwy. 29 intersection, Wolf Crossing will add 250,000 square feet of commercial space with its first tenants ready to open by mid-2019. The development will include a Fairfield Inn and Suites Marriott and Austin Regional Clinic’s first Georgetown location.
