Ride On Center for Kids (R.O.C.K.) offers therapeutic horseback riding and hippotherapy for children and adults with cognitive and physical challenges, as well as veterans and service members. Volunteers can work directly with the students, veterans or horses or help out in the R.O.C.K. office or for special events.

Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center assists abused children, nonoffending family members and professionals who investigate, prosecute and provide treatment in child abuse cases. Volunteers perform a variety of services.

Support seniors
Faith in Action helps adults age 65 and older maintain quality of life and independence through volunteer support. Volunteers can provide transportation, home repairs and companionship to Faith in Action clients.

Feed the hungry
Helping Hands of Georgetown gives free bagged lunches to people in Georgetown experiencing homelessness and seeks to provide basic services and support to those in need. Volunteers meet Tuesday through Thursday in the parking lot across the street from the north entrance of the Georgetown Public Library at 402 W. Eighth St.
