VP of Manufacturing
A fifth-generation Austinite, Will Dahlstrom is committed to making the local community a better place by way of Community Impact Newspaper‘s five values: faith, passion, quality, innovation and integrity. He does so through his leadership of Community Impact Printing by managing the targeted marketing and print management aspects of the company.
Prior to joining CI in 2016, Will served as an infantry officer in the Army, deploying to Afghanistan and serving in a number of leadership positions. He reached the rank of captain before beginning his professional career.
As a leader in manufacturing, Will has worked as a lean transformation consultant leading a multitude of engagements, integrations and acquisitions, and he has led multiple manufacturing operations across the country. Will and his wife, Michelle, live in Northeast Austin, and when he is not busy chasing his daughter, he enjoys traveling, watching movies and checking out the local food scene with his family.
