6 Gymboree Corp. stores to close in DFW

On June 11, San Francisco-based Gymboree Corp. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. As a result of the bankruptcy, the retailer is closing 350 stores, including three in Plano and one in Southlake.




Amazon to buy Austin-based Whole Foods Market

Update 8:58 a.m.:  Whole Foods Market announced today that Amazon will purchase the Austin-based natural and organic foods supermarket.
