STS Plus Accessories marked 30 years in business on Nov. 22. The salon offers haircuts, color services and styles like weaves, twists and braids. The studio also sells hair products, jewelry and gifts in store or online.

Founder LaTrisa Edwards attributed her business’s endurance to 18 clients that stuck by her through the COVID-19 pandemic.

“All my clients have become family to me,” said Edwards. “If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have survived.”

STS Plus Accessories celebrated the anniversary with a 30th birthday party and ugly sweater contest on Dec. 13, according to the company’s social media.
