Gourmet burgers restaurant Royale Magnificent Burgers & Shakes is set to open this month in West Plano Village.

The restaurant's menu is being created by famed Chef John Tesar and will feature 100 percent grass-fed beef as well as bison, soft shell crab, Maine lobster, pasture-raised lamb, pulled pork, jerk chicken, turkey and salmon.

Located at 3310 Dallas Parkway, West Plano Village was completed last month and features office space, retail and restaurants including Kona Grill, which opened in May as the company's second Dallas location. Italian restaurant Princi Italia also opened in West Plano Village in May and is also the second restaurant of its kind in the Dallas area.

"We have one of the area's strongest lineups of well-reviewed specialty restaurants opening only their second location, plus new concepts from renowned operators, and that is what really creates a destination today," said David Palmer, executive vice president and head of Dallas-Fort Worth development for Cencor Realty Services in a news release.
