The meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m. at 5400 Independence Parkway, Ste. 200, Plano. Past chair Kim Moore will pass the gavel to incoming board chair Craig Perry. Perry, a regional property manager for Edens. The company develops, owns and operates community-oriented shopping spaces in primary markets across the country.
