A new Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is expected to open on Jan. 21, according to a representative for the restaurant. The restaurant, located at 3194 W. University Drive, Ste. 600, will sell made-to-order sandwiches using homemade ingredients and in-house roasted turkeys for sandwiches, according to its website.
