The Hunt Street office building, a 17,550-square-foot building located behind McKinney City Hall, is on target for a June completion date.

However,  early move-ins will take place in May for space that has already been leased, said Don Day, a city council member and the building’s owner.

The three-story building, located at 230 E. Hunt St., still has some space available, Day said, adding that nearly 75 percent of the space is already leased.

Day is finishing leases and suite designs for the entire second floor and a quarter of the first floor.
