Collin County health officials reported an additional 18 positive cases of the coronavirus April 29.

The county has reported 710 total positive cases, with 204 active cases, as of 3:30 p.m. April 29. McKinney residents account for 147 of the total cases, according to the county’s online dashboard.

The report stated that 487 people have successfully recovered from the virus.

The death of an 83-year-old Plano woman with underlying health conditions was also reported April 29 as the county’s 20th death of a person who had tested positive for coronavirus.

There have been 7,281 negative COVID-19 tests in Collin County, and there are 1,115 people being monitored for possible infection.
