What we reported
Kye Lee opened Hometown Cafe in October in Colleyville. The cafe serves 100 percent organic teas that can be served hot or iced. Other items served include sandwiches and gourmet pizzas made with 100 percent organic tomato sauce and non-GMO flours.


The latest
The cafe added a pepperoni and beef pizza to its menu.


What’s next
The restaurant will begin focusing on its shaved ice ingredients; in particular it will not just offer organic coconut milk but organic whole milk as well.
