From politics to Halloween events, here are four things Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake residents need to know this week:

Early voting in Tarrant County begins Monday, Oct. 24 and ends Friday, Nov. 4.
In Grapevine, voters will be marking their ballot for or against a measure that would allow liquor stores to open in the city. In Colleyville, residents will vote on five propositions, that if approved, would change the city's charter. Tarrant County voters can vote at any early voting location in the county during early voting. For polling locations and times click here.
