Frisco City Council temporarily lowers speed limit along US 380 during widening project

Drivers passing through north Frisco will have to tap the brakes for about three years. Frisco City Council on Jan. 18 approved a temporary speed limit reduction along US 380.

Lewisville to see beginnings of I-35E interchange expansions

Lewisville residents will see the beginnings of three I-35E interchange expansions in the coming year. Those expansions will be at Main Street, Corporate Drive and Business SH 121.


McKinney ISD hits record high number of active COVID-19 cases as of Jan. 19

McKinney ISD has reached almost 1,000 active COVID-19 cases, according to a dashboard on the district website. As of Jan. 19, the district reported 883 active cases in students and 110 active cases in staff, bringing the total number of cases to 993.
