The second phase of the US 380 project continues, and the third phase is still in the design phase. The second phase, which extends from Lovers Lane to CR 26, will widen the roadway to six lanes with grade separations at Preston Road and Dallas North Tollway. The third phase, which extends from CR 26 to Loop 288, will also widen the roadway to six lanes with grade separations at FM 423, Legacy Drive and Teel Parkway. The first phase was completed in January.
