Construction continues at Baylor Scott & White Sports Therapy & Research at The Star. The medical facility broke ground in June 2016 and is expected to open in fall 2018. The 300,000-square-foot facility will include an imaging center, sports performance program, urgent care center, outpatient rehabilitation, pharmacy and brain injury program. The facility will also incorporate technology such as Fusionetics, an evidence-based platform to help optimize athletic performance, reduce injuries and speed up recovery. The facility is part of a partnership between Baylor Scott & White, the Dallas Cowboys and Frisco ISD.
