The industrial park, located at the northwest corner of Rockhill Parkway and Preston Road, is expected to come online in 2017, according to the FEDC's website. The property is adjacent to the BNSF Railroad mainline.

The proposed site plan for the park includes 15 building sites, each of varying acreage and square footage. The largest is a 44-acre building site. The property will be subdivided for sale to companies.

FEDC officials said they will not comment further on Frisco Park 25 at this time.

The FEDC submitted a request to Frisco City Council earlier this year asking that the land be re-designated on the city’s Comprehensive Plan from a mixed-use neighborhood to an industrial park, which Council approved. The site plan has not gone before Council.

Frisco Park 25 was named for the FEDC’s 25th anniversary this year, which is when the plans for the park were made.
