Mixed-use, residential developments coming to Kyle

Kyle City Council approved a memorandum of understanding with Central Southwest Texas Development, LLC for Phase 2 of the Kyle Crossing development project during a regular meeting on Oct. 19. The project has had multiple developers drop out of the project over the past two years, but officials have finally come to an agreement over the two plots of land.

New Braunfels’ Fischer Park selected as winner of Niagara Perk Your Park contest


The contest, which was hosted by Niagara Bottling in partnership with the National Recreation and Park Association, will provide the park with a renovation worth $90,000.
