The Alta Rayzor Ranch apartment complex in Denton opened for leasing and move-ins in early December, according to a company news release.

The complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 712-square-foot units to 1,342-square-foot units, the release states.

Amenities include a gym, dog park, coffee bar, co-working space, clubhouse and swimming pool. The complex is located within minutes of the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, according to Alta Rayzor Ranch's website.
