In and Out Liquor is expected to open in Denton in mid-2026, owner Raj Betwal said.

Construction of the 6,000 square-foot building is expected to cost $600,000, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Betwal said he is currently working through the permitting process and that the store will offer beer, wine and spirits.
