Two national doughnut chains have placed new locations in Frisco, both on Preston Road.

Dunkin’ Donuts opened in late May at 8445 Preston Road, Ste. 200, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts plans to open this month at 8813 Preston Road.

The Dunkin’ Donuts store includes a drive-thru and serves the franchise’s full menu, including doughnuts, coffee and sandwiches.

The Krispy Kreme Doughnuts store is expected to receive its certificate of occupancy this week from the city and open by mid-June. The store will serve doughnuts, coffee and other breakfast items.
