The city of Frisco is experiencing a 911 outage, according to a tweet from the Frisco Police Department.
The police department stated that they do not know when the 911 lines will be operational but will give updates through their social media. Text to 911 is not working either.
In the meantime, you can get through by dialing the direct lines at 972-292-6010.
There are currently several areas experiencing a 911 outage.
