1. Pearl Cup Coffee to open at Plano’s Granite Park in June


Pearl Cup Coffee will open a location in June at The Boardwalk at Granite Park, 5880 Granite Parkway, Plano. The coffee shop will serve roasted espresso drinks, coffee, pastries and, starting in the afternoons, wine. Pearl Cup Coffee also has a location in Richardson at 2701 Custer Parkway, Ste. 917.





2. Coffee Del Rey in Plano is now under new ownership


Coffee Del Rey underwent a transfer in ownership on Jan. 1 when Kimberly Marcaccini purchased the business located at 1915 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 340, Plano. 3. XO Coffee celebrates one year anniversary


XO Coffee Co. will celebrate its one-year anniversary Feb. 11. The downtown Plano coffee shop, located at 1025 E. 15th St., serves breakfast and lunch items alongside its craft coffee, and also serves weekend brunch.
