Where do your property taxes go in Tomball and Magnolia?


Property owners in Tomball and Magnolia pay taxes to a variety of entities, including school districts, cities, counties, special districts and the Lone Star College System. School districts receive the largest portion of a resident’s tax bill although the property tax rates for Magnolia and Tomball ISDs have declined slightly since the 2014-15 fiscal year.
