EVENT DETAILS
This class is being held weekly Thursday, Jan 27 - Thursday, Mar 3 from 7:30pm – 8:45am
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. You can join any class that fits your schedule.
For people with a special interest in learning to meditate, we have developed a special meditation program. The program is designed to help people improve and enjoy their meditation practice. As part of this program, we are offering four unique online urban meditation retreats. The retreats are approximately every six weeks (Feb 26, Apr 16, June 11, and July 9).
Our Thursday classes span several series. We offer 24 unique classes and four mini-retreats in all. Check our online calendar for more information about our other Thursday series and the mini-retreats.
