Learn the most simple yet effective meditation techniques for beginners and advanced meditators alike.

In this 6 weeks series, Carolina guides us on an inner journey of our self discovery to help us experience a more subtle, refined, and focused mind. These practices build a foundation for a consistent meditation practice and are designed to enhance our relationship with the inner landscape, bringing us closer to the source.

Each week we will learn different aspects and techniques of meditation. Weekly homework practices will help students integrate mindfulness in to their daily lives and establish a personal mindfulness practice.
