Fermented Vegetables with Abby Wetzel


To begin the workshop, Abby will go over some fermentation basics and then demonstrate how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, and brined vegetables, aka "pickles". Following the demo, everyone will make sauerkraut together to take home. The workshop will end with samples and a Q&A session.
