Planning with Purpose (Virtual 2-Week Course)

Planning with Purpose (Virtual 2-Week Course)

REAFFIRMING PURPOSE, LESSONS LEARNED, AND PLANNING AHEAD How has your company purpose, vision, mission and values guided you--or not--through the crisis and how can these statements guide your reopening? Learn to structure recovery plans to better serve your stakeholders in a collaborative online learning environment. We will reflect on recent events to organize our thinking about the meaning of corporate purpose and how to navigate to the post-COVID-19 world. We will capture high-value lessons learned on the policies and processes that worked or didn't work. We will improve planning by considering options across different time horizons. Throughout, we will consider how incorporating sustainability and resiliency practices can help us better connect to and serve our stakeholders as we steer toward the future. The May cohort begins on May 12, 2020 and includes three 90-minute sessions over two weeks combining virtual live lectures and group web meetings. The meeting dates are May 12, 14 and 19 at 1:00 - 2:30 pm CST. REGISTRATION: $245 per participant. This virtual course is limited to 12 registrants for the optimal learning experience.
