Emancipet opened Jan. 11 a new low-cost veterinary clinic at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd., Ste. 316, Austin. Austin Guitar House will move from 2206 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, to 1104 E. 12th St., Austin, on Feb. 5. Hilton Austin will open an overhead walkway that connects to the Austin Convention Center at East Fourth and Neches streets in May. The project will also include a 1,891-square-foot outdoor terrace. Joint venture to develop 300 Colorado downtown

Atlanta-based Cousins Properties, Austin-based Riverside Resources and Texas firm Ironwood Real Estate have formed a joint venture to develop 300 Colorado into a new, $175-million office tower in downtown Austin.
