Vintage Market Days of Austin-Hill Country
This vintage-inspired, indoor open-air market is held twice a year and features original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade items, home décor, outdoor furnishings, edible treats, seasonal plants and more. Each Vintage Market Days event allows vendors to display their talents and passions in Dripping Springs. Tickets can be bought at the gate and are $10 for a three-day pass or $5 for a single-day pass. Admission for children 12 and under is free.

Art After Six
The Austin Cultural Arts Division is hosting its mostly Art After Six lecture  that explores specific themes via panel discussions with artists from the exhibition. This month’s exhibit, "Photography Showdown: Digital vs Analog," will look at the pros, cons and processes of digital versus analog photography with 2017 People’s Gallery artists Greg Davis, Carol Hayman and Kirk Marsh. Following the discussion, visitors will have the opportunity to tour the People’s Gallery for a special off-hours viewing. Free.

Cannonball Comedy Hour

Community planning meeting
The city of Sunset Valley, with local planning firm Asakura Robinson, is holding its second community meeting as part of five-month conceptual planning effort to work with residents and stakeholders to develop a shared vision for the Upland property as a community open space. The project is organized around two community forum events in which residents will have the opportunity to share their insights and ideas about how the site could best serve the area and complement the city’s existing parks, open spaces and trail network. The Uplands property is located at the intersection of Hwy. 290 and Msgt. Horrigan Trail. All interested residents are encouraged to attend. Free.
