This year's DOUGHvember event will culminate with three local pizzerias—Home Slice Pizza, VIA 313 and Pinthouse Pizza—teaming up to benefit national nonprofit No Kid Hungry, a mission to end child hunger in America.

Hosted every Tuesday night in November by Home Slice Pizza, DOUGHvember benefits local children's charities by donating a portion of the night's dine-in sales.

According to a recent press release, pizzas offered at the DOUGHvember event will include VIA 313's Detroiter and Classic Cheese Pizza.

Additionally, Home Slice's Classic Number 5 pizza will be made with VIA 313's signature Detroit-style deep-dish crust, while VIA 313's The 500 pizza will be made with Home Slice's classic New York-style crust.

Pinthouse Pizza will offer its Old Beluga Amber Ale, a Pinthouse Brewery creation, for the evening’s festivities, the release stated.

The final event in the DOUGHvember dinner series also coincides with Giving Tuesday, an annual charity-driven holiday that serves as a time for people across the world to give back during the holiday season. Local nonprofit network I Live Here I Give Here is the official community leader for Central Texas on Giving Tuesday, and all donations from the DOUGHvember event will be counted in its Giving Tuesday tally.

The event will be held from 5-11 p.m. at Home Slice Pizza located at 1415 S. Congress Ave. in downtown Austin.
