The planning & zoning commission meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall. This week’s nonconsent agenda includes one item, related to a permit allowing the sale of mixed beverages at Kobe Steakhouse, 210 Springtown Way, San Marcos. The restaurant is relocating to the building, which was formerly occupied by Applebee’s.
