Austin Public Health announced Sept. 24 the relocation of its Pflugerville testing facility had been delayed until Sept. 28. The testing site, currently hosted at The Pfield in Pflugerville, will reopen at 103 N. Railroad Ave.

Pflugerville's coronavirus testing site will relocate its operations, Austin Public Health announced in a Sept. 16 news release.

Beginning Sept. 26, testing will relocate to 103 N. Railroad Ave., Pflugerville, where it will remain for the duration of the year. Currently, the Texas Division of Emergency Management operates Pflugerville's testing site at The Pfield, located at 1440 W. Pecan St.


The testing location is open from 8 a.m.-noon Monday through Saturday. A maximum of 300 people can be tested each day at the site. The walk-up testing location is free and does not offer preregistration.
