Friday, Sept. 22: Yoga at the ranch
B & J Ranch in Hutto hosts relaxing sunset yoga for all experience levels. Attendees do yoga alongside the ranch’s rescued goats, pigs and chickens, and all donations to the event go to Texas Critter Crusaders and Support the Girls Austin. Friday, Sept. 22: United Way Day of Caring
United Way of Williamson County, United Way for Greater Austin, and United Way of Hays County host the organization’s annual Day of Caring. The day starts at the Round Rock Sports Center before volunteers disperse to work on 33 projects across Williamson County. 8 a.m. (check-in), 9 a.m. (volunteer projects). Free. Saturday, Sept. 23: Video Game Development with Unity
Fun 2 Learn Code in Round Rock is hosting a free 90-minute video game development class for children ages 10 to 17. Saturday, Sept. 23: National Hunting and Fishing Day
The City of Round Rock and Kids Outdoor Zone host an event for families to celebrate National Hunting and Fishing Day. Activities at the event include kayaking, archery, fishing and a BB gun range. The annual Pecan Street Festival returns to Austin Saturday, Sept. 23 with art, crafts tents, live music and a variety of food options.
