This story was modified Sept. 8 to include the correct date for lunch service

Inspired by U.S. coastal cuisine, Salt Traders Coastal Cooking, a concept created by the developers of Jack Allen's Kitchen, opened Sept. 6 at 2850 N. I-35, Round Rock, serving only dinner. It will offer lunch service at a future date.

Salt Traders is located near the Round Rock location of Jack Allen's Kitchen in the former Mesa Rosa building. Jack Allen's Kitchen has two other Austin-area locations.
